Healing shame through
research, education, and connection.
The SHAMELESS Foundation blends science and soul to create
evidence-based pathways for releasing shame and reclaiming self-love.
Shame thrives in silence.
Healing begins when we speak.
The SHAMELESS Foundation was founded by Kevin Martin, a sexual empowerment coach who saw firsthand how shame disconnects people from their bodies, relationships, and worth.
Our mission is simple yet revolutionary:
To research, teach, and promote practical, evidence-based methods for healing shame — especially within LGBTQIA+ communities.
The SHAMELESS Method™
At the center of our work is The SHAMELESS Method™ — a six-step framework for understanding and releasing shame:
Reveal. Root. Review. Release. Replace. Repeat.
This framework is already helping people around the world reconnect to self-love, and we’re now researching its effectiveness through formal studies and community programs.
What We Do
We’re building bridges between lived experience and scientific research through:
Research: Studying the psychological and emotional effects of shame and healing.
Education: Training coaches, therapists, and educators in shame-informed practices.
Community: Providing workshops, retreats, and free resources to support healing for all.
Help us heal shame.
This is collective work.
You can help us expand this mission by:
Donating to fund our research and programs.
Partnering with us as an organization or sponsor.
